Mr Con Scrinis resigns as Executive Director.
Mr Terence Grigg appointed Non-Executive Director.

31st January 2017, Melbourne: Stokes Limited (ASX:SKS) advises that
Executive Director Mr Con Scrinis has resigned.
The board thanks Mr Scrinis for his outstanding service over the past four years.
Mr Scrinis initiated the board and management rationalisation in October 2012
and led the restructuring and ultimate sale of the appliance parts and
manufacturing business. He also played a key role in establishing the Stokes
lighting business including the recent acquisition of the Artcraft Urban street
lighting and pole business.
With the company now well established Mr Scrinis has decided this is the time to
move on to other opportunities. We wish Mr Scrinis all the best for the future.
Mr Scrinis' resignation is effective immediately.
Stokes has appointed Mr Terence Grigg as Non-Executive Director.
Mr Grigg has had 25 years experience as an Executive Director of Ausfine Foods
Pty Ltd an importer and exporter of meat and dairy products.
Mr Grigg has previously been a Director of Ansearch Limited, Richmond Football
Club, Windermere Child and Family Services (not for profit), Position Partners Pty
Ltd (Civil Construction & Infrastructure Services) and ESCA Australia Pty Ltd
(Medical Research Stem Cells)
Mr Grigg's vast knowledge and experience in purchasing, sales and marketing,
import and export logistics, accounting and financial management, foreign
currency hedging and mitigation and banking facility negotiation will support the
Company in achieving its market growth strategy and enhance the existing
capabilities on the Board.
Mr Grigg's appointment is effective immediately.
