Stericycle, Inc. Announces Election of Two New Directors

Effective January 16, 2017, the Board of Directors of Stericycle, Inc. adopted a resolution increasing the number of directors constituting the Board from 10 to 12 in accordance with the Company's amended and restated bylaws. Upon the recommendation of the Board's Nominating and Governance Committee, the Board elected Brian P. Anderson as a director to fill the vacancy arising because of the increase in the number of directors and appointed Mr. Anderson to the Board's Audit Committee, all effective as of January 16, 2017. Upon the recommendation of the Board's Nominating and Governance Committee, the Board also elected Robert S. Murley as a director to fill the vacancy arising because of the increase in the number of directors and appointed Mr. Murley to the Board's Audit Committee, all effective as of January 16, 2017.
