Creatio Inc. announced that it has raised $200 million in a equity round of funding led by new investor Sapphire Ventures, LLC on June 26, 2024. The transaction included participation from new investor StepStone Group LP, returning investors Horizon Capital and Volition Capital LLC. The transaction is being raised at a post-money valuation of $1,200 million.
StepStone Group Inc. is a private markets investment firm. The Company is focused on providing customized investment solutions and advisory, data and administrative services to its clients. It partners with its clients to develop and build private markets portfolios designed to meet their specific objectives across the private equity, infrastructure, private debt and real estate asset classes.
