On June 28, 2024, Alan Russo notified Stem, Inc. of his intent to resign as Chief Revenue Officer of the Company, effective July 12, 2024. As a part of its ongoing efforts to improve customer engagement and drive profitability, the Company has realigned its sales team to the primary business lines they support. Accordingly, the Company does not intend to seek a replacement for the Chief Revenue Officer position.
