Tsann Kuen (Zhangzhou) Enterprise Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Tsann Kuen Xianduan Zhineng Capital Co., Ltd. from Star Comgistic Capital Co., Ltd. (TSEC:4930) for $0.97 million on April 24, 2015. As of March 31, 2015 Tsann Kuen Xianduan Zhineng Capital Co., Ltd. reported total and net assets of CNY 5.9 million. Board of Directors of Tsann Kuen (China) Enterprise Co. Ltd. (SZSE:200512) approved the transaction on April 24, 2015.
