SSI Group, Inc. announced that at the organizational meeting of board of directors held on June 15, 2015 elected Gemma M.Santos as Corporate Secretary; Alicia P. San Juan as Asst. Corporate Secretary; and Jose Teodoro K. Limcaoco as Chairman of Audit Committee.
