Social Reality, Inc. reported un-audited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of $11.4 million compared to $8.1 million reported a year ago. Income from operations was $0.1 million compared to $0.5 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $967,000 compared to $1,071,000 a year ago. Adjusted net income was $792,000 compared to $863,000 a year ago.
