Sprint Nextel Corp. is expanding 4G LTE service in the Bay State and bringing faster speeds for uploading photos, surfing the Web and streaming videos to customers in Boston and Framingham, Mass. Sprint continues to show significant progress in the buildout of its all-new 4G LTE network -- reaching more customers every day.

In addition to Boston and Framingham, Sprint launched 4G LTE in Austin, Texas; Bryan/College Station, Texas; Columbia, Tenn.; Emporia, Kan.; Fort Wayne, Ind.; Gettysburg, Pa.; and Western Puerto Rico (including Aguadilla, Isabela, Cabo Rojo, Mayag ez). In Massachusetts, Sprint 4G LTE is also available to customers in Barnstable/Hyannis/Mid-Cape, New Bedford/Fall River, and Peabody. Customers will be able to use their smartphones -- such as Samsung Galaxy S(R) III, Samsung Galaxy Note(R) II or LG Optimus G(TM) -- to share a picture of their favorite musical group or college football team or check the web for sports scores with greater speed.
