Spindox, Massimo Pellei is sole director of Deep Consulting

(Alliance News) - Spindox Spa announced Thursday that it has appointed Massimo Pellei as sole director of its subsidiary Deep Consulting Srl.

Pellei will take over on July 15 from Alessandro De Florentiis, who formalized his resignation yesterday.

Massimo Pellei is executive director, co-CEO, and significant shareholder of Spindox, holding 340,000 shares, or about 5.67 percent of the share capital.

In turn, Alessandro De Florentiis now holds 226,714 shares in Spindox, equal to about 3.78 percent of the share capital, following the purchase of 91,429 of Spindox's own shares, which was finalized on May 27 in fulfillment of the obligation undertaken to the company on July 3, 2023, to supplement the preliminary agreement for the purchase and sale of 100 percent of Deep Consulting.

De Florentiis retains his role as a director on Spindox's board of directors.

Spindox closed Thursday at par at EUR9.98 per share.
