Volkswagen AG (XTRA:VOW3) acquired an unknown stake in 24M Technologies, Inc. from North Bridge Venture Partners, SPARX Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:8739) and Koch Strategic Platforms, LLC on December 8, 2021. As part of the partnership, VWAG will make a strategic investment into 24M. Paul Tiger, Andrea Merediz Basham, Mena Kaplan, Lori Goodman, Aimen Mir and Claude Stansbury from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP acted as legal advisor to Volkswagen AG.

SPARX Group Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based holding company mainly engaged in the asset management business.
