The Board of Directors of SP Corporation Limited appointed Mr. Cheng Hong Kok as a member and Interim Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) with effect from 13 May 2022. Cheng Hong Kok is presently a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company and was formerly the Chairman of the ARC up to 30 June 2021.
