RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR,

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHANGE OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Southwest Securities International Securities Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') announces that with effect from 29 March 2021, Mr. Pu Rui (''Mr. Pu'') has resigned as an executive director and the chief executive officer of the Company in order to focus on his other personal development.

Mr. Pu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Stock Exchange'') and the holders of securities of the Company.

Dr. Zhao Mingxun (''Dr. Zhao''), an executive director of the Company, will temporarily perform the duties of chief executive officer until the Company identifies and selects a suitable candidate for the position of chief executive officer. Further announcement will be made by the Company as and when appropriate.

CHANGE OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board further announces that with effect from 29 March 2021, Mr. Pu has ceased to be an authorised representative of the Company as required under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange (the ''Authorised Representative'') and Dr. Zhao, an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as the Authorised Representative.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Pu for his contribution to the Group during his tenure of office.
