Adegoke informed the court of a pending four-count charge preferred against the defendants, and urged the court to accept same. Agbakoba, however, informed the court that his client had not been served with the charge.
He also told the court that a move for mediation was ongoing to resolve the matter out of court. Although there were arguments and counter arguments on the absence of the defendant in court, the judge ruled that since the defendant was not in court, the case would be adjourned.
