South China Holdings Company Limited Announces Appointment of Wong Chun Tat as Independent Non-Executive Director

The board of directors of South China Holdings Company Limited announced that Mr. Wong Chun Tat, J.P. has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration and nomination committee of the Company with effect from 15 February 2022.
