Sonida Senior Living, Inc. announced that Philip A. Brooks notified the Company that he is retiring as a member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective December 13, 2022. Mr. Brooks' retirement did not result from any disagreements with the Company's management or the Board.
Sonida Senior Living, Inc. is an owner-operator and investor in independent living, assisted living and memory care communities and services for senior adults. The Company provides resident-centric services and care as well as engaging programming operating about 72 housing communities in 18 states with an aggregate capacity of approximately 8,000 residents, including 62 communities which the Company owns and 10 communities that the Company manages on behalf of third parties. The Company provides residential housing and services to people aged 75 years and older, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. It provides independent living services to seniors, which include daily meals, transportation, social and recreational activities, laundry, housekeeping and 24-hour staffing. The Company also offers a range of assisted living care and services, including personal care services, 24-hour staffing, support services, and other supplemental services.
