ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020

The Company's Annual General Meeting was held virtually on Thursday, 12 November 2020 at 10.00am AEDT. All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by shareholders on a poll.

94.33% of the votes were cast in favour of the adoption of the Remuneration Report (Resolution 5) and, as a result, the Conditional Spill resolution (Resolution 12) was not required. In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), details of voting on each resolution were as follows:
