Dear Sir,We are pleased to inform you that net amount of Final Cash Dividend (D-13) at Rs.1.5/- per share i.e. @15% for the year ended 31.12.2021, as approved by the shareholders in their 30th Annual General Meeting convened on 25 March 2022, has been processed to be credited by close of business on 31 March 2022 through electronic mode directly into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders, who have *submitted their Computerized National Identity Cards ("CNIC") and valid International Bank Account Numbers ("IBANs")

Further, dividend amount has been withheld of those Shareholders who did not provide CNICs and valid IBAN details in compliance of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017 and Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017.

In this respect, we are also enclosing herewith copy of Notices (English and Urdu) which we intend to publish in Business Recorder and Daily Nawa-e-Waqt on Friday, 01 April 2022.

Credit of Final Cash Dividend (D-13)

We are pleased to inform our shareholders that 15% Final Cash Dividend (D-13) i.e. As. 1.5 per share for the year ended 31 December 2021, approved at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on 25 March 2022 has been credited on 31st March 2022 through electronic mode directly into the designated bank account of the shareholders, who have submitted their Computerised National Identity Cards ("CNICs") and valid International Bank Account Numbers ("IBANs").

Further, in compliance with the requirements of Section 242 of Companies Act, 2017 and Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, the Bank has withheld dividend of those shareholders who have not provided valid CNICs and valid IBANs or furnished incomplete/incorrect bank account details.
