Subject:Notification of Interim Dividend Payment

To:

President of the Stock Exchange of ThailandSomboon Advance Technology Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the following resolution passed by the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 7/2018 held on 10 August 2018 as follows:

• 1. Approved to make payment for interim dividend of the 6 months operation of the year 2018 on 1 January - 30 June 2018 at the rate of 0.3500 Baht per share for the total number of 425,193,894 ordinary shares, totally THB 148,817,862.90 derived from business activities eligible for BOI's investment promotion as of THB 46,643,770.17, at the rate of THB 0.1097 per share from 10 percent of taxable profits as of THB 81,212,033.75, at the rate of THB 0.1910 per share and 20 percent of taxable profits as of THB 20,962,058.97, at the rate of THB 0.0493 per share. The interim dividend shall be subject to withholding tax at the rate of 10 percent especially the dividend paid from 10 and 20 percent of taxable profits only.

• 2. The Company has fixed the Record Date on which shareholders have the right to receive the

• interim dividend on 24 August 2018 and the dividend will be paid on 6 September 2018.
