Solwers Oyj (HLSE:SOLWERS) agreed to acquire Relitor Engineering Ab for SEK 3 million on January 26, 2024. Part of the transaction will be paid in the form of Solwers shares, and the current management of Relitor Engineering will continue to develop the company as part of Solwers. For FY ended 2023, Relitor Engineering had a revenue of SEK 27 million and EBIT of SEK 3.3 million.
The acquired company will be consolidated in the Solwers group starting February 2024.
