Softfront Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2321) entered into share transfer contract to acquire 55% stake in Good Style Company, Y.K. from Gaku Sugiyama for ¥440 million on November 11, 2016. The transaction is expected to be completed by November 14, 2016. Advisory expense of ¥47 million is attributable to the transaction.
