GPBR Participações S.A. announced that it will receive up to $500,000,000 in a round of funding led by new investor SoftBank Group Corp. (TSE:9984) on January 25, 2019. The transaction will include participation from other investors and will receive funding in tranches. The round is raised at a post-money valuation of $1,100,000,000.
