S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Board of Directors, by Decision no. 1 from January 13, 2021, revoked Mr. Constantin Adrian VOLINTIRU from position of Chief Executive Officer, therefore ending the mandate contract betweeen S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. and the aforementioned.

Until the appointment of a new Chief Excutive Officer, the management of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A., including the legal representation of the Company, shall be temporary exercised by Mr. Daniel Corneliu PENA, currently Deputy Chief Excutive Officer of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A.
