SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company Approves to Pay Final Dividend for 2017; Provides Dividend Guidance for the Year 2018; Appoints Dang Huy Hiep as Independent Board of Director

SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company at the AGM held on April 23, 2018, approved to pay final dividend for 2017 by 5% in cash.

The company expects to pay cash or stock dividend for 2018 by 20%/par value.

At the meeting, the shareholders also approved the appointment of Mr. Dang Huy Hiep as member of Independent board of directors of the company.
