Pallas Group AB (OM:PALS B) signed an agreement to acquire Smart Energy Sweden Fuels Ab from Smart Energy Sweden Group AB for approximately SEK 120 million.

Pallas Group AB (publ) (OM:PALS B) signed an agreement to acquire Smart Energy Sweden Fuels Ab from Smart Energy Sweden Group AB (publ) for approximately SEK 120 million on June 28, 2017. The part of the deal will be financed by offset issue in Pallas of 48 million shares.
