Liechtensteinische Post Aktiengesellschaft acquired majority stake in Newtron AG from bmp media investors AG (DB:BTBA) of bmp Beteiligungsmanagement AG, Holtzbrinck Ventures Gmbh and other shareholders on January 8, 2013. bmp media investors held 34.4% stake in Newtron AG. Sönke Knop and Axel Mühlhaus of edicto GmbH acted as PR advisors for bmp media investors.
