SkiStar : Nomination Committee appointed prior to SkiStars AGM to be held on 11 December 2021

The Nomination Committee prior to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of SkiStar AB (publ) consists of the four largest shareholders (shareholder groups) in SkiStar as per 31 March 2021 in accordance with the instruction for the Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee has the following composition:

· Anders Sundström, appointed by family Mats and Fredrik Paulsson incl. company.

· Lennart Mauritzson, appointed by family Erik Paulsson incl. company.

· Niklas Johansson, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder.

· Marianne Nilsson, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder.

The Nomination Committee has appointed Lennart Mauritzson chairman of the committee.

SkiStar's annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Saturday 11 December 2021.
