(KOSE:A057500) from NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 930 million on November 20, 2013. Asia Pacific Asset Management is acquiring 0.5 million shares and NH Investment & Securities is selling 0.97 million shares of SKC solmics Co., Ltd. for KRW 952 per share. Post transaction, NH Investment & Securities will hold 1 million shares in SKC solmics Co., Ltd. representing 5.13% stake.

The Company is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of functional semiconductors and FPD component materials based on fine ceramics and silicon.
