Market Update - New Training Agreement
The Directors of Site Group International ("Site", ASX: SIT) are pleased to announce the joint signing with Canadian Petroleum Services Inc. (CPS) of a Training Services Agreement (the "Agreement") with Abdulali Al-Ajmi Company ("Al-Ajmi"). The Agreement is for delivery of training programs by subsidiary Site Skills Training for a new Crane and Heavy Equipment Training College in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. The College will develop competent Saudi operators to meet the requirements of industry and assist with workforce nationalisation targets. The College and training programs are endorsed by Global Oil & Gas major Saudi Aramco with most graduates to be employed in the Jazan Economic City where Saudi Aramco is building a new refinery. In addition to the crane and heavy equipment operator training, the Agreement also includes developing riggers and scaffolders. Al-Ajmi is a Saudi construction company that has operated in major construction projects in the Kingdom since 1980. CPS is a Canadian technical training provider servicing major National Oil & Gas companies in the MENA region since 2000. Dr Abdullah Al-Ajmi, Managing Director of Al-Ajmi commented, "This agreement confirms Al-Ajmi's commitment to Saudization of workforces through the development of competent Saudi operators." This Agreement builds on our workforce nationalisation projects in Philippines, PNG, Myanmar, Malaysia and Timor Leste." "This one-year contract with a further two year option is worth circa AUD$2M revenue for Site for the first year of the contract and will develop around 500 Saudi operators to meet the immediate needs of the Jazan Region including the Jazan Economic City."

Training is delivered across a range of accredited and non-accredited short courses, Australian High Risk Licences, competency assurance testing, and non-funded and government funded certificate to advanced diploma level courses, apprenticeships and traineeships. Clients include multinational corporations, Small to medium Enterprise, governments and individuals. Online Learning Site has the capacity for the development, implementation and management of Online Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training programs. The provision of training services occurs on our online learning platform. These services are delivered to corporate and individual clients across all training brands. Workforce Labour Services Site deliver the sourcing, training and deployment of skilled labour on to projects throughout numerous countries. Site has expanded this capability to include the provision of labour hire services and expat workforce management.
