DDR Corp. (NYSE:DDR) acquired Carolina Pavilion from Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII, L.P., fund of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors for approximately $110 million in late December 2012. DDR Corp. funded the transaction through a combination of proceeds from asset sales, new common equity and the November 2012 unsecured notes issuance.
DDR Corp. (NYSE:DDR) completed the acquisition of Carolina Pavilion from Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII, L.P., fund of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors in late December 2012.
SITE Centers Corp. is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT).
