Siri Prime Office Property Fund announced unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2019. For the quarter, the company reported Rental and Service income of THB 39,276,000 against THB 40,859,000 a year ago. Total income was THB 39,552,000 against THB 40,971,000 a year ago. Net investment income was THB 25,373,000 against THB 25,704,000 a year ago. Profit attributable to equity holders of the company was THB 39,358,000 or THB 0.2315 per share compared to THB 43,540,000 or THB 0.2561 per share a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported Rental and Service income of THB 118,112,000 against THB 122,236,000 a year ago. Total income was THB 120,816,000 against THB 122,528,000 a year ago. Net investment income was THB 72,680,000 against THB 79,464,000 a year ago. Profit attributable to equity holders of the company was THB 148,506,000 or THB 0.8736 per share compared to THB 117,507,000 or THB 0.6912 per share a year ago.
Siri Prime Office Property Fund is a Thailand-based is a closed-end property fund. The Fund is principally engaged in the rental of immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to raise funds from general investors, both individuals and juristic persons, locally and internationally whereby the proceeds from such fundraising are used to purchase, lease and/or sub-lease immovable properties. The Fund shall also improve, modify, construct and/or develop immovable properties by taking the transfer of a construction permit and/or applying for other permits and/or executing any transactions necessary and advisable for immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to make an initial investment in Siripinyo Building, which is an office building for rent. SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Company's Fund Manager.
