Huang Shaokang, an Executive Director and Co-Chairman of DX.com Holdings Limited entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire an additional 3.44% stake in DX.com Holdings Limited from Meng Hu, an Executive Director and Co-Chairman of DX.com Holdings Limited for HKD 42.4 million.

Huang Shaokang, an Executive Director and Co-Chairman of DX.com Holdings Limited entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire an additional 3.78% stake in DX.com Holdings Limited (SEHK:8086) from Meng Hu, an Executive Director and Co-Chairman of DX.com Holdings Limited for HKD 42.4 million on January 8, 2015. Under this agreement, Huang Shaokang Limited will acquire 192.65 million shares.

On January 12, 2015, Huang Shaokang entered into a supplemental agreement to acquire an additional 2.08% stake in DX.com Holdings Limited (SEHK:8086) from Meng Hu for HKD 23.3 million. Under this agreement, Huang Shaokang Limited will acquire 106 million shares. After the completion of transaction, Huang Shaokang will hold 1.1 billion shares and Meng Hu will hold 1.2 billion shares. The transaction is expected to close on January 15, 2015.
