Singatron Enterprise Co., Ltd. (GTSM:6126) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,000,000 shares, representing 2.5% of its own shares. The shares will be repurchased in the price between TWD 9.50 per share and TWD 18 per share. The repurchases are payable in cash. The program will expire on May 13, 2018.
