Notification of acquisition of shares by primary insider

The primary insider, Celina Midelfart, who is a member of the Board of Siem
Offshore Inc., is the chairman of the board of Midelfart Capital AS. On 7
September 2023, Midelfart Capital AS purchased 96.109 shares in Siem Offshore
Inc. (SIOFF) at a nominal share price of NOK 22,8876 per share. Total purchase
price was NOK 2.199.704. Following the purchase Midelfart Capital AS owns
3.827.786 shares equal to 1,603% of the shares issued.
