Siam Food Products Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Suvit Maesincee as Member of the Board of Directors, Director of the Audit Committee, Director of the Remuneration and Nominating Committee and Director of the Risk Management Committee

Siam Food Products Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Suvit Maesincee has resigned from the member of the board of directors, director of the audit committee, director of the remuneration and nominating committee and director of the risk management committee. The resignation is effective since August 17, 2015. The Board of Directors is in process of appointing a new eligible director to substitute the vacancy.
