Sub.: Intimation regarding purchase of certain eligible Senior Secured Notes issued under the Company's USD 3,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme ("GMTN Programme") in accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations")

In furtherance to our letters dated July 28, 2022, October 17, 2022 and November 04, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Banking & Finance Committee in its meeting held today i.e. November 15, 2022 has approved increase in the Maximum Acceptance Amount from USD 250,000,000 to USD 251,831,000 for allowing to accept the valid tenders received by the Company under the Tender Offer with an aggregate principal amount of USD 4,300,000 (the "Additional Tendered Notes") under USD 500,000,000 5.100% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 ("Notes") issued under the GMTN Programme of the Company. The Company shall make further intimations in relation to the purchase of the Notes, in accordance with applicable laws.
