In furtherance to our letter dated July 29, 2022, we wish to inform you that the Banking & Finance Committee today i.e. October 17, 2022 has approved to make a tender offer for purchase of USD 250,000,000 of USD 500,000,000 5.100% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 (Notes issued by the Company under the GMTN Programme of the Company. The Company shall make further intimations in relation to the purchase of the Notes, in accordance with applicable laws.
