VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

This is a voluntary announcement made by Shougang Concord International Enterprises Company Limited (the "Company").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company announces that the Company is considering a proposal regarding acquisition from certain independent third parties the equity interest of a company, which together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the parking business worldwide. The proposal, if proceeded with, may constitute a notifiable transaction of the Company under Chapter 14 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules"). However, no decision has been made by the Board in relation to the proposal and no definitive agreement in relation to the acquisition has been entered into. The Company will comply with the relevant requirements of the Listing Rules where and when appropriate.

As the proposal may or may not proceed with, shareholders of the Company and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
