Ship Healthcare Holdings, Inc. reported consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2021. For the year, on consolidated basis, net sales were JPY 497,156 million against JPY 484,395 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 21,800 million against JPY 18,794 million a year ago. Profit for the period was JPY 12,280 million against JPY 11,828 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 129.99 against JPY 124.02 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 117.95 against JPY 112.62 a year ago.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis, net sales were JPY 7,657 million against JPY 7,191 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 6,377 million against JPY 5,764 million a year ago. Net income for the period was JPY 6,137 million or JPY 64.97 per share against JPY 5,642 million or JPY 59.28 per share a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 58.87 against JPY 53.75 a year ago.
