Shinsho Corporation will hold its 103rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, June 25, 2021, as described in the notice of convocation.
Before sending out formal invitations to shareholders by mail on Friday, June 4, we hereby release the agendas of the meeting online for earlier notice.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please review the appended Reference Documents for the General Meeting of Shareholders, and exercise your voting rights by either of the following methods by 5:15 p.m. on Thursday June 24 , 2021 JST.

Exercise of voting rights by postal mail

Indicate your vote for or against the proposal on the Voting Rights Exercise Form enclosed with the notice of convocation and return it to the Co mpany.

Exercise of voting rights via internet

Please review the 'Instructions for the Exercise of Voting Rights' described in the notice of convocation, access the voting website and indicate your vote for or against the proposals by following the on-screen instructions.
