Lin Qingde signed the agreement to acquire 4.9% stake in Shenzhen ESUN Display Co.,Ltd from Liu Menglong for approximately CNY 120 million.

Lin Qingde signed the agreement to acquire 4.9% stake in Shenzhen ESUN Display Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002751) from Liu Menglong for approximately CNY 120 million on December 16, 2021. As per the agreement, Liu Menglong will transfer 7.57 million shares at CNY 15.6 per share. On December 30, 2021, parties signed supplemental agreement.

Under this agreement, Liu Menglong willnow transfer 19.19 million shares. Post completion, Liu Menglong willhold 13.06 million shares while Qingd will hold 26.92 million shares representing 8.45% and 17.43% stake respectively.
