The Asset Management Services segment is engaged in the provision of fund management and discretionary portfolio management and investment advisory services. The Securities Brokerage and Financial Services segment provides securities discretionary and non-discretionary trading services, securities placement and underwriting services, margin financing and loan services, as well as corporate finance advisory and general advisory services. The Trading segment is engaged in the trading of chemical, energy and mineral products. The Proprietary Trading segment is engaged in investment holding and securities trading.
