SharkNinja, Inc. On November 8, 2023, our board of directors approved the declaration and payment of a special cash dividend of $1.08 per share, or approximately $150 million in the aggregate, payable on or about December 11, 2023 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2023. The dividend is expected to be funded by cash on hand.
