On June 3, 2024, the Shanshan Brand Management Co., Ltd. approved the profits distribution plan of the Company for the year 2023, being the proposed distribution of final dividend of RMB 0.08 per Share (pre-tax) for 133,400,000 Shares for the year ended 31 December 2023, amounting to RMB 10,672,000 (pre-tax) in aggregate. Such final dividend is expected to be paid on or before, 2 August 2024 to those Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 17 June 2024. The exchange rate applied by the Company for the calculation of the amount of final dividend for H Shares payable to the H Shareholders in Hong Kong dollars is the average
benchmark exchange rate of RMB to Hong Kong dollars for the five calendar days immediately prior to, 3 June 2024 (i.e. the date of the 2024 AGM) as announced by The People's Bank of China, which is RMB 1.00 = HKD 1.0988. Based on such an exchange rate, the final dividend payable for each H Share is HKD 0.0879.

The Company mainly distributes its products under three brands, including FIRS, SHANSHAN and LUBIAM. Products under FIRS brand are targeted at medium-to-high income male consumers aged between 35 and 45.
