Reference is made to the announcements of Shanghai Dasheng Agriculture Finance Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shanghai Tonva Petrochemical Co., Ltd.*) (the "Company") dated 15 July 2015 and 4 January 2016 (the "Announcements") and the circular of the Company dated 30 September 2015 (the "Circular"), all in relation to, among other matters, the Change of Company Name. Unless otherwise defined, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.
CHANGE OF COMPANY NAMEAs stated in the Announcements, the Company will carry out all necessary filing procedures with the Company Registry in Hong Kong regarding the Change of Company Name. The Board is pleased to announce that the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non- Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 21 January 2016, certifying that the name of the Company has been altered to "Shanghai Dasheng Agriculture Finance Technology Co., Ltd. 上海大生農業金融科技股份有限公司", under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong).
