SFI : In 2022, the net profit of SFI increased one and a half-fold to RUB 6.1 bln

In 2022, according to IFRS (audited) statements the net profit of SFI Investment Holding (SFI PJSC, MOEX: SFIN) was RUB 6.1 bln, which is an increase of 47% compared to 2021 (2021: RUB 4.1 bln). The earnings per share amounted to RUB 126.53 against RUB 83.54 for the previous year.

The total operating and financial income reached RUB 15.8 bln, an increase of 20%. (2021: RUB 13.2 bln).

The holding's assets increased from RUB 217.1 bln to RUB 229.9 bln (+6%).

In 2022, the key events of SFI Holding comprised the following:

• In July, SFI straightened the ownership structure by the assets transfer to the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation. Thus, the holding became the direct owner of 11.18% shares of the oil and gas company RussNeft and 10.37% of the retailer M.Video. Additionally, 55.96% of the holding shares were transferred to SFI Trading LLC, the Russian company controlled by SFI.

• On July 15, the Chief Executive Officer of the holding company was replaced - the individual entrepreneur Igor Sidorov became the head of SFI.

• In September, the holding repaid to the bank a part of the principal in the amount of RUB 1.5 bln. Thus the principal amount of the loan was reduced to RUB 12.2 bln.

• In September 2022, the Russian rating agency ACRA confirmed A(RU) credit rating with a stable outlook for SFI.

• In October 2022, SFI Investment Holding was listed in the ESG-index of Russian business by the NKR rating agency. According to the survey, the holding was referred to the category of featuring "above average" ESG-principles implementation.

The consolidated IFRS statements of SFI Holding include the indicators of PJSC LC Europlan (100% subsidiary) and subject to the applicable ownership structure - the indicators of Insurance Joint-Stock Company "VSK" (SFI owns 49%), and Region Estate LLC, the game service GFN.RU developer (SFI owns 51%). SFI also owns 11.18% of PJSC RussNeft and 10.37% of the retailer PJSC M.Video, which are recognized in the holding's reports as financial instruments at fair value.
