Sewon Cellontech Company Limited (KOSE:A091090) acquired 4.06% stake in SC Engineering Co. Ltd (KOSE:A023960) from Hyung-keun Chung for KRW 500 million in cash on November 26, 2014. Hyung-keun Chung sold 0.41 million shares at the price of KRW 1,211 per share and reduced his holding to 0.61 million shares.

The Process Equipment Business segment is engaged in the design and manufacture of process equipment such as heat exchangers and reactors, among others.
