Pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter a) of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, the Company informs that it will exercise its right not to publish the report for the fourth quarter of 2019 and that the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2019 as well as further documentation of art. 154-ter, paragraph 1,of Legislative Decree 58/98 will be made available to the public within 90 days from the end of the year 2019.

The Company will publish the Interim Management Reports in the dates indicated in this calendar of financial events according to the provisions of art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter f) of the Regulation of Organised Markets Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
