Pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter a) of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, the Company informs that it will exercise its right not to publish the report for the fourth quarter of 2017 and that will make available to the public the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2017, as well as further documentation of art. 154-ter, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 58/98, within 90 days from the end of the year 2017.

The Company will publish the Interim Management Reports in the dates indicated in this calendar of financial events, in compliance with the STAR segment issuers' obligations specified in art. 2.2.3 paragraph 3 of the Regulation of Organised Markets Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and in the

Italian Exchange Notice nr. 7578 dated 21 April 2016.
