Press release Boulogne-Billancourt, 9 January 2017

Antalis pursues its strategy of targeted acquisitions on the buoyant markets of Packaging and Visual Communication products, and continues its market consolidation in paper distribution.
  • Expansion in distribution of packaging and visual communication products

In line with its expansion strategy focused on buoyant markets and high-growth geographic regions, Antalis acquired TFM Industrial in late November, a Peruvian specialist distributor of packaging products, with sales of around €5 million. This acquisition will strengthen Antalis's footprint in Latin America where the Group already generates sales of around €18 million in this business in Chile, Bolivia and Peru.

In late December, Antalis also signed an agreement to acquire Gregersen, a distributor of visual communication equipment and consumables, accounting for around €6 million in sales. Further to the 2015 acquisitions in this business sector in Denmark and Sweden, this distributor will enable Antalis to gain a leadership in Norway where the Group already earns total sales of around €25 million.

  • Consolidation in the paper distribution sector

In addition, Antalis has continued its consolidation strategy on its historical market with the acquisition in late December of the paper distribution business of Swan Paper in the Republic of Ireland, accounting for sales of approximately €13 million. This acquisition will boost its leadership in a high-growth country where the Group already generates sales of €34 million.

Antalis COO Hervé Poncin said: "By strengthening our distribution footprint in Packaging in Latin America and Visual Communication in Europe, two business sectors where we are key players, we are confirming our expansion strategy focused on these buoyant markets. Furthermore, the consolidation of our market positions in the Republic of Ireland responds to our determination to contribute to the necessary consolidation of the paper distribution market in Europe. All of these acquisitions, the latest of which in Norway will be finalised by late February, will contribute an additional full-year revenue of around

€24 million for Antalis. In 2017, Antalis will pursue its acquisition policy of external growth, particularly in the high-potential Packaging and Visual Communication markets."
