From August 23, 2013 to February 24, 2014, the company has repurchased 171,893 shares, representing 2.87% for KRW 955.59 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 171,893 shares, representing 2.87% for KRW 955.59 million under the buyback announced on August 23, 2013.
SECUVE Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of security software. The Company operates its business through three segments: solution business segment, which provides secure operating systems, integrated account authority management services, log analysis and management, personal information protection, internal information leaking out prevention systems, database (DB) encryption and DB access control systems under the brand names of Secuve TOS, iGRIFFIN, LogGRIFFIN, DuoGRIFFIN and Chakra; service business segment, which is engaged in the provision of maintenance services used for products routine inspection, policy establishment and technical support services, and real estate segment, which is engaged in the rental business. The Company supplies its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
